FIUME ALKERMES 18 CL 70

Fiume Alkermes 70 cl requires no special storage conditions: keep it at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct light, just like any other pastry liqueur found in a professional kitchen. The 70 cl format delivers the right yield for regular use without taking up unnecessary space on the shelf or the workbench.

For patisseries, restaurants and delicatessens, this format allows for orderly stock rotation and precise control over the quantities used in recipes. Once opened, the bottle retains its characteristics for an extended period, provided it is resealed properly after each use.

• Store at room temperature, away from light
• 70 cl format suited to daily professional use
• Easy to handle in the kitchen and pastry section
• Fiume brand, widely recognised and easy to rotate on the shelf
